CANCELLATION POLICY
Our refund policy is 12 hours before next-day delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges after this period or on the same day of delivery.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return the flowers after the processing process, and in the event that the delivery process is done to the door of the house and the owner of the request is unable to receive the flowers for any personal reason, the customer is obligated to pay the delivery price to reschedule the delivery process at another time.
