Delivery & Refund Policy
Our refund policy is 12 hours before next-day delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges after this period or on the same day of delivery. Our products are shipped same day or within 2-3 Days using our selected carriers. It is at our discretion which courier to use for the shipment unless specifically mentioned and charged at checkout. The delivery time on the website remains indicative and is subject to change. Delivery charges and time might vary depending on your location.
To return your product, you should mail your purchased items to AL SEMOU FLOWERS ARANGMENT, Muwailah Sharjah. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
